You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You may withdraw from this contract by any unequivocal statement addressed to UNALYZE s.r.o., Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, email info@un-alyze.com, in particular:

You can exercise your right of withdrawal online using the form under Section 1.3(a). If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium by email, including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form, which we make available to you before you order and send to you with the order confirmation, but it is not obligatory. State the details that allow us to identify you and the contract, in particular your first and last name and the email address you use to log in to your user account.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Withdrawal from the contract is not the same as turning off automatic renewal. Once automatic renewal is turned off, the subscription ends at the end of the paid period, and the price for that period is not refunded.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you under the contract, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any additional costs as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

We provide the paid UNALYZE service only with an immediate start. You expressly request the start during the withdrawal period in the order by ticking a separate box. If you withdraw, we will therefore refund the price you paid, less a proportionate part for the time during which the service was available to you.

We calculate the proportionate part from the price actually paid for the entire billing period (a month or a year), in the ratio of the time during which the paid service was actually available to you until the withdrawal was delivered, to the length of that period. We do not charge a special activation fee and do not retroactively recalculate an annual plan as a monthly one. If we did not begin performance at your express request or did not properly inform you, we will not claim the proportionate part.

We will send you the calculation of the refund by email. In it, we will state the time the service was made available and the time the withdrawal was delivered, the price paid, the length of the period, the calculation of the proportionate part, and the amount refunded. We do not charge any fee for withdrawal.

Upon withdrawal, we will end your subscription and the related recurring payments. We will delete the trading accounts with all their data 30 days after the subscription ends. Until then, you can request a copy of your data at info@un-alyze.com.
